el_class=&#8221;tag&#8221;]Lid[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/12&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;8\/12&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>DOELSTELLINGEN<\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]De Commissie voor Integratie van Geassocieerde Leden is verantwoordelijk voor het vaststellen van de voorwaarden met betrekking tot de deelname van zogenaamde \u201cgeassocieerde\u201d of \u201ctijdelijke\u201d leden aan de activiteiten van het Instituut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGeassocieerde\u201d leden kunnen bijvoorbeeld (onder niet-gedetailleerde voorwaarden) stagiairs zijn, Europese staatsburgers die in hun land gevestigd zijn als octrooigemachtigden en die hun beroep in Belgi\u00eb uitoefenen zonder naar Belgi\u00eb te komen, of Europese octrooigemachtigden die hun beroep in Belgi\u00eb uitoefenen. Voor elke categorie van dergelijke leden zal de Commissie een voorstel doen aan de Raad over een bijdrage aan het Instituut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTijdelijke\u201d leden zijn doorgaans Europese onderdanen die in hun land gekwalificeerd zijn als octrooigemachtigden en die naar Belgi\u00eb komen om tijdelijk of occasioneel hun beroep hier uit te oefenen. De beoordeling van het tijdelijk of occasioneel karakter van de beroepsuitoefening in Belgi\u00eb ligt bij de Raad.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>PROJECTEN<\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Een doel van de commissie is om advies te verlenen aan de Raad omtrent de beoordeling van het tijdelijk en occasioneel karakter van een inschrijving als \u201ctijdelijk\u201d lid.
